Crackerjack Community is a great option for corporate retreats or team-building activities.
In a session of Crackerjack Community, participants play 2-3 specially designed tabletop games, each one focussing on a particular human skill!
Games are selected based on a psychometric assessment given in advance which determines which human skills are most neglected by the selected group of participants.
At the end of each game, participants discuss their activation of human skills and how they can be applied to their professional lives.
What did they do that affected their performance in the game?
How could they have activated the skills better?
How can that be applied in real life?
